How about they put his character in the military and he becomes a Colonel:
I love that SNL skit. It is a long standing joke in my family and at every gathering someone will ask why Colonel Angus was not invited. LOL

Angus T. Jones Breaks Silence About Controversial
..Angus T. Jones Breaks Silence About Controversial ‘Two And A Half Men’ Remarks
By NELLIE ANDREEVA | Deadline.com – 1 hour 12 minutes ago
After 13 years in show business, Angus T. Jones is used to living in the limelight. But yesterday, the Two And A Half Men co-star found himself in a different type of spotlight — at the center of a major controversy triggered by statements he’d made in a video testimonial for Forerunner Christian Church. His comments, in which the 19-year-old actor referred to Men as “filth” and urged viewers to “stop watching it,” went viral, but Jones himself remained silent on the controversy until now. In a statement to Deadline released by Insignia PR, Jones expresses his gratitude to Two And A Half Men, co-creator Chuck Lorre, CBS, series producer Warner Bros TV and studio chief Peter Roth for “what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date.” He also apologizes “if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed.” Here is Jones’ statement in its entirety:
I have been the subject of much discussion, speculation and commentary over the past 24 hours. While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear.
Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and Half Men with whom I have worked over the past ten years and who have become an extension of my family.
Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them.
I also want all of the crew and cast on our show to know how much I personally care for them and appreciate their support, guidance and love over the years. I grew up around them and know that the time they spent with me was in many instances more than with their own families. I learned life lessons from so many of them and will never forget how much positive impact they have had on my life.
I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that.

Angus T Jones Family Friends Fearful About Churchs Influence Over Two And A Half Men Star | E! Online
News/Angus T. Jones' Family, Friends Fearful About Church's Influence Over Two and a Half Men Star
by Josh Grossberg and Melanie Bromley Today 3:52 PM PST
Angus T. Jones' shocking remarks, in which he denounces Two and a Half Men as "filth," has people close to him deeply concerned about his well-being.
A source close to the situation tells E! News that both Jones' mom, Carey, and those who work with him on his CBS sitcom want to make sure the 19-year-old actor hasn't been "brainwashed" by his new church.
Two and a Half Men's Angus T. Jones calls CBS comedy "filth". In the 15-minute interview posted on YouTube by Forerunner Chronicles—an Alabama-based church that's part of the Seventh-day Adventist movement—he tells fans not to watch the hit comedy he's acted in since he was 10.
"If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men. I'm on Two and a Half Men and I don't want to be on it," the thesp says in the testimonial. "Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth."
Jones had been going to a Christian school but it was only recently that he got involved in his new church, which is led by a man named Christopher Hudson, who has espoused controversial views about President Barack Obama and bought into the conspiracy theory that celebrities like Jay-Z are connected with the Illuminati.
Hudson tells E! News that the video was filmed last week in Los Angeles in Jones' trailer and the duo met through a common acquaintance. Hudson says Jones and the acquaintance were sharing many of Hudson's YouTube videos and thought it would be good for Hudson and Jones to meet.
But according to our source, Jones' involvement with Hudson has set off alarms with those close to him. "His mom is really worried and in contact with the producers of the show. The main concern is that he is going to give away all his money to the church," the insider explains.
"It's like he's been brainwashed. Everyone is shocked and very concerned."
Hudson, however, claims the worry is unfounded. "I've only known Angus for a short period of time now, but the time that I got to spend with him in our conversation, the type of individual he is, this young man is very intelligent, pensive individual," he tells us. "He is not the mirror of other men's thoughts. He is one that can think and do for himself and that impressed me because I didn't think I would see that in a young man in his position. Angus is speaking from his heart, his experience, his search and his understanding."
Jones himself has remained silent since yesterday's bombshell but is expected to release a statement shortly. There has been no comment from show producers; however, E! News has learned that executives are scrambling to figure out how to handle the situation. Jones, whose character has had a diminished presence on Men this season (he's away in the military), is not due on the set until after the holiday break. His contract expires in May, at the end of the current season.

ROFL, good thing that was a written statement, because no one could get that out with a straight face. Never intended disrespect, indeed, after he called the show filth and implored people to stop watching.
Good luck, kid, 'cause I think your career just gave up the ghost.

Angus, from one former teenage Jesus freak to another: get the stick out of your ass and save yourself the embarressment in your later years.
What a pansy. If he believes something, he should back it up. Now along with being whacky, he is spineless.
i'd love to hear what charlie sheen has to say about this.

Charlie Sheen Talks Angus T. Jones 'Meltdown'
Charlie Sheen has broken his silence on his former Two and a Half Men co-star Angus T. Jones‘ tirade about how he doesn’t want to be on the show anymore.
“With Angus‘s Hale-Bopp-like meltdown, it is radically clear to me that the show is cursed,” the 47-year-old actor told People.
Charlie referred to the religious cult Heaven’s Gate in his quote. The cult faced controversy in 1997 when 39 members committed suicide to reach what they thought was an alien space ship following the Comet Hale Bopp.
Angus called his show Two and a Half Men “filth” and urged viewers to stop watching the hit sitcom in a video he released via the Forerunner Christian Church. Make sure to watch the video in case you missed it!
