^I've got your back if you get attacked for that statement, because it's 100% true.

aw thanks we all know it's true but we love a debate. I'm thinking Jennifer needs to move up in the date department though if she doesn't want her fans to turn on her.

I hope you're joking. Not everybody is a "jealous, bitter fatty".
I don't care how many of her millions she gives to charity. The fact that
her "good deeds" all, somehow, get into the media makes it less of a
true altruistic thing to me, anyhow.
I couldn't care less about her, that ugly guy she's with or that other
famewhore he dumped to shack up with her.
They're all vain and vaporous creatures.
It's such a sad commentary on society that, despite all the really
important things that are going on around the world, the fact that
some multi millionaire airhead is going to have a few babies in the
coming weeks is served as "breaking news".

It's like the royal family (oops, did I compare them to the royal family?) They are just a glamorous or absurd diversion from the horror of real life. Which is why the whole world is waiting with bated breath, of course.

I never called anyone a jealous bitter fatty... I said neither woman is a saint nor a sinner as shown by their lifestyle. Jennifer lost her sainthood starting with that Vince Vaughn cough/relationship and the many many butt shots at the beach. Now the teeny booper groupie look doesn't look all that good on her.... at her age.
Jolie is still trying to live down her past. I'm wondering if saint Jen hadn't been in the mix if people would still be eager to see her fail?
Either way fans or not they are at the end of the day.... human with bigger than normal failings because their lives are played out in the media.
Jolie a fanwhore? While Jennifer Aniston dates a dude that blogs his sexual experiences on the net and she's everywhere ....

I don't pass judgement on anyone. The people here seem interesting and funny. That is why I come to read even though I am bored by gossip. I don't look down on people who enjoy reading gossip. Right now I am not interested in. I am not saying I will never find it interesting again, maybe in a few weeks I will desire to spend my time reading about other peoples lives - right now I do not.
I actually doubt I will ever be as interested as I was in the past. I feel like, for me, I am done with that "phase". Again, no intent of putting anyone down for reading gossip. As it has repeatedly been pointed out, I am here too.

Unbelievable. Nothing seems to be sacred with these two. Last week Angie was expounding on how Brad found pregnancy oh so sexy ( like we care)
Overexposed and overrated. I think her serious acting career is slowly going down the toilet.

^^ at least she had a career to go down the toilet... some are still stuck in TV land
actually Jolie is like a lot of actors, she makes a girl power movie followed by a artsy fartsy movie. She's on track

I just am in disbelief at how much money they spend traveling around the world, blowing money on lavish suites and new houses, private jets, four rooms for labor...and yes, people have a point when they say "if I had the money, I would." But the bigger point is that this woman hails herself as a humanitarian, who has gone to third world countries and seen the desperately poor. Listen, I live in a third world country right now and I've seen poverty and lived among it. When it touches you, when you feel it in your heart, you DO feel guilty spending money on such trivial things. You do feel guilty not eating a whole meal and even throwing away a bite when there are people starving outside. But it hardly seems to affect her whatsoever. Thats the thing that doesn't mesh with me at all, it all seems so phony and self-serving. No one is saying she needs to live like a peasant, but if you put yourself up on a pedestal and broadcast your "acts" and call yourself a "humanitarian", I do think that you are going to be held to a different standard. I'm always shocked by their extravagant purchases and their pretentious ways of doing everything, nothing can be under the radar. And don't go there, celebs are master manipulators of the media and they can go undercover if they wish, but most celebs don't wish to, especially these two.

she gives a third of her pay even Oprah doesn't do that and Oprah owns 8 estates the last time I checked, ever see Bill Gates home or Steven Speilbergs compound? They have a lot of money and apples to donuts Jennifer doesn't brown bag it either... as I recall her wedding to Pitt was mega millions. Did you know Donald Trumps top building is all done in gold. They live a different life style and apparently even after giving a third of their pay they can afford to do so.

Her last two films have been duds. I don't see much of a career for her other than action and B-type films. Look for her to re-team with Pitt to revive her career. She's become more celebrity than actress.

ITA self-serving is the operative term to use for these two. Yes, they do
good but not necessarily exclusively for others. Like I said before, and this
goes for more celebs, whenever you do good the press will find out.
Your good deed will come across as more genuine, however, when the press
finds out EVENTUALLY, after the fact. NOT when you make big anouncements
and photo ops to show how "concerned" and "altruistic" you are.
Of course fantards only see what they want to see, blinded as they are
by the halos they've placed over the heads of the objects of their affection.
