The other day I happened to run across an old copy of US Weekly from back when she had Shiloh, and read that she had Shiloh via C-section. Shiloh was supposedly breech, for those who feel that sort of thing matters. At any rate, I've been told they almost always do a C-section for subsequent pregnancies after the first C-section, so I'm guessing they probably got these out that way, as well.

not necessarily. they can do a VBAC, but they end up doing c-sections for more than 50% of twin deliveries. just depends on what the parents want and the position of the twins.
