Yes, the words "urban" and "ghetto" are ways of saying something is too black. Hello! If the culprit of the classless behavior is someone like Britney, that isn't ghetto.
It's actually quite stereotypical and sadly, socially acceptable.

I only just recently learned that 'ghetto' is used in reference to black people and 'trailor trash' is supposed to be used in reference to white people.
I have used both applying to both color interchangeably.
... Anderson looked so cute though

He has to be kidding, there's nobody on TV whiter than Anderson Cooper....
Could anything coming out of his mouth be more unnatural than 'boo'?

My friend at work refers to her baby girl & a couple of guys we work with as boo. She's adorable & I'm sure the guys love her to call them that but I never did ask her what it meant. I just figured it was an affection pet name. I'd be Anderson's boo anytime he wants.

Oh man, I had CNN on and Anderson and some white female journalist was "educating" the audience about the "new" term (new???) boo and it is the "urban equivalent of snookums." They revisited the Donna Brazile footage and then the two of them tossed out slang phrases and giggled while I nearly lost my lunch.
