I'm going to watch Truly, Madly, Deeply in honor of hot Rickman. Sigh.

Lucky woman. I'd have him vow to read me a bedtime story every night.

    Congrats to them.

I can't even watch that because it makes me risk my cunt badge by turning into a weepy mess.

I've loved Rickman since forever. I'd still crawl up under that, oh yes!

I've never seen this movie, and now I'm all butthurt because the only copy for sale on Amazon is $95. I guess I'll rewatch The Song of Lunch.

Actually, I did find it. Its available to rent on Amazon streaming for $2.99. Will be cuing it up this weekend.

And now I have to watch The Song of Lunch again. If you haven't seen it, you should. Its wonderful and has Alan with Emma Thompson again, though it will not be for everyone. Its feels more like a play than a movie. The dialogue is a bit on the regressed to teenager side, but there's a purpose to that. Its basically about a tortured poet who tries to rekindle the great romance of his life later in life. Its one of those things you will either love or hate.

Check out Love Actually too. I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it but look out for the scene where Emma Thompson realises there's been a terrible misunderstanding. It's very brief but some of the best acting I've ever seen.

I loathe that film and Emma Thompson but even I was moved by that scene *gulps*.
