I have to say looking at these these latest pics, I take back my statement that the pics have a late-90s, early 2000s vibe. Nobody was wearing skinny jeans - especially with knee high boots pulled over top like she is in the 2nd row of pics - in the late 90s/early 2000s. Jeans were all boot-cut & flared back then.

You know, when I was twelve or thirteen a friend and I took some 'sexy pictures'. My Dad found them and was NOT pleased. It was explained to me the kinds of things that might happen to me if those pictures wound up in the wrong hands and I wasn't allowed to use a camera for a while. I don't think its necessary unnatural for young girls to be exploring their new found sexuality, but its the job of the parent to let them know when it is and isn't appropriate.

Why do I get the impression Mom and/or Dad not only knew those pics existed, but probably took most of them? And...what? Encouraged them? I guess that must be the story considering what is going on now. How can a parent think that is okay?

I'm not an expert, nor do I have sisters but what are the odds that her older sisters would have smallish/normal sized breasts and Cuntney (love that BTW) would have huge rill boobs that are constantly mistaken for bolt-ons? You would think that at least one of them would have a larger chest.
