Mel Gibson's Marriage is Over
The Braveheart star's Costa Rican hideaway has been in the news before: that was where he took Britney Spears months ago to help her relax. But on March 4, Mel was snapped there getting up close and personal with a young bikini-clad woman.

The actor spent the early part of March there, reportedly with several of his sons, his sons’ girlfriends and an assortment of other guests. But his wife of 28 years, Robyn, 52, was nowhere to be seen. “Obviously, Mel was having his own brand of fun mixed in with the fun he was having with his family and friends,” said the eyewitness.

Mel Gibson has talked his way out of trouble before and it looks like he may have to do it again. Yes, that is Married Mad Mel in the photo on the left, embracing a young beauty in Costa Rica recently.

The Braveheart star's Costa Rican hideaway has been in the news before: that was where he took Britney Spears months ago to help her relax. But on March 4, Mel was snapped there getting up close and personal with a young bikini-clad woman.

“It was near sunset. The two of them were playing in the surf, ducking into waves,” said an eyewitness.

“Then Mel sort of took hold of her and she came willingly into his arms. They put their arms around each other and kissed pretty passionately for about four or five seconds."

“The two of them then wandered down the beach and popped in and out of the surf, occasionally touching each other.”

Mel, 52, owns a nearly 300-acre spread on the Pacific Ocean shores of Barrigona Beach in the Guanacaste area of Costa Rica.

The actor spent the early part of March there, reportedly with several of his sons, his sons’ girlfriends and an assortment of other guests. But his wife of 28 years, Robyn, 52, was nowhere to be seen.

“Obviously, Mel was having his own brand of fun mixed in with the fun he was having with his family and friends,” said the eyewitness.

Mel has had to quash speculation about his love life before. Last September, reports surfaced that he was becoming close with a glamorous Russian musician known only as Oksana while filming his new movie Edge of Darkness in Boston.

The slender beauty was spotted on the set three days in a row, and on one occasion emerged from Mel’s private trailer.

Oksana was described by Mel’s reps as a business colleague, “one of the artists on Mel’s recording label, Icon.”

But, hey, doesn’t this beauty look a lot like her?

Yeah, Spencer Tracey was religious/Catholic and he had a long-term affair with Katherine Hepburn, which some say was a cover for his being gay/her being a lesbian.

I wonder if his worshippers/admirers (especially cuz he did 'The Passion') will care. Nahhh, he'll conveniently get a pass as per usual. Well, maybe he didn't do anything particularly wrong with this lady.

I'm getting the feeling that Mrs. G is aware of this (and others) and they discussed the "discretion" requirements. Long distance lenses and cell phone cameras make that difficult. Their marriage would have been over 20 times by now. The thrill is gone, but no divorce.
