Rihanna Wants Right to Remain Silent ... in Court - TMZ.com

Sources connected with Chris Brown and Rihanna tell TMZ Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, wants the judge to give Rihanna a pass from testifying because of leaks in the case.

We're told Geragos and Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, believe Rihanna was compromised when her name surfaced as the alleged victim in the beating. They claim this and other leaks violate her privacy rights and therefore she should not have to further put herself out to the public by testifying against Brown in the case.

It's further proof Rihanna and Brown are back together and in lockstep.

Geragos asked to meet with the judge in chambers, along with the prosecutors, on March 23 to discuss letting Rihanna off the hook. Brown's arraignment is set for April 6.

What about him does she actually think is worth sticking out and taking a beating for, she has huge issues. She can try to sugarcoat it any way she wants, he's getting therapy, or helping animals, etc etc, he is still a thug and will do it again, she's going to learn the hard way.

I used to work with abused women. Sadly this isn't uncommon, but it's just such a shame to see it exposed to a three ring circus, I hate the ideal of the message getting out that this is okay.

That's another interesting point - even this time she didn't call the cops. A witness (or several) called the police when they saw Brown flip out on her. Had that not happened it would never have got out.

However what has really compromised her name is going back to him.

For fuck's sake, why don't they just say Fivehead won't testify because she's in lurve with him and he would surely never hit her again.
I didn't realize Fivehead is so insecure that she feels she has to stay with this piece of shit..

I said this from the beginning...We NEVER would have heard about this saga, had an anonymous person not called!
