As Biel slinked on stage dressed as the alluring cartoon character, she purred: 'You want to go on a walk?'
Timberlake then replied: 'Sounds good.' Before adding: 'See you later, fatty.'
Timberlake and Biel, both 27, looks set to wed this summer in Italy.
A source told the Metro: 'They both like the idea of marrying in Italy in the summer,' claimed an insider. Timberlake has also been spotted wandering New York's jewellers – looking for some ring bling.
'Justin was really taking his time looking round the rings. He made the staff get a couple out of the cabinets so he could properly look at them' a witness said.
The couple's Italian dream was sparked when Biel, 27, was a bridesmaid for her 7th Heaven co-star Beverley Mitchell in the Ravello last October.
She is so won over, she wants her own Mediterranean wedding.
Talk of nuptials came after Timberlake's mother revealed how happy her son was after he splashed out on a New York pad and moved his girlfriend in earlier this year.
They first met snowboarding at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007.
