Default Heather Mills unveils short new bottle-blonde hairstyle and declares "life is good"

It is an age old trick employed by women the world over to show their old flame they have moved on.
And it seems Heather Mills is no exception as she showed off a stylish new haircut on a television show.
The 40-year-old has chopped off her long locks and is now sporting a chic cropped style and where once it was a mousy blonde shade, she has now opted for a much lighter bottle blonde.

The new look comes as Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife bids to raise her profile and that of her charity in the US.
She appeared popular American magazine programme The Today Show to promote her vegan charity.
And in a further bid to show her former husband she is fine without him, she announced to interviewers: 'Life is good.'
Talking about the divorce she added: 'It was a very difficult time for everybody involved. We were most importantly trying to protect our daughter and she seems to have come through incredibly well.

'Life is good': The 40-year-old said that she was over the trauma of her bitter divorce from McCartney

'Everyone I know who has been through a divorce, finds it really, really difficult, I don't know anyone that didn't go through a hard time. We just went through it publicly.
'But things are great, really good.'
She went on to boast about her 'vegan food push' where claimed to have donated $1 million (670,000) of food to children in New York's rundown Bronx area.
'I've been studying nutrition for a long time now. I am just trying to bring awareness,' she bragged before adding that she was considering building a food factory in the area to bring in jobs.

Sir Paul however seems to have forgotten that he was ever married to Mills.
The singer looked the picture of happiness earlier this month on holiday in Mexico with girlfriend Nancy Shevell.
He and the 48 year-old socialite held hands and laughed as they leaped in the waves together.
Mills appearance on US television comes just weeks after her former nanny revealed she was taking her to tribunal alleging sex discrimination and intimidation.
Sara Trumble claims she was given duties way beyond her role as childminder to five-year-old Beatrice, Mills's daughter by Sir Paul.
She has complained she was asked to give Miss Mills naked spray tans, come to work at 7.30am to blow dry her hair, and work as late as midnight.
The 24-year-old nanny lodged a constructive dismissal claim with an employment tribunal in Ashford, Kent, last week.
The last time Mills was involved in a court case, during her divorce from Sir Paul, she poured a jug of water over the head of his divorce lawyer, Fiona Shackleton.

That is the look for her. I like Heather, she may not be the nicest person on earth but that doesn't make her the devil.

? She looks like her hair is thin, thin. I do not see it looks chic by any means. That color is too stark for her skin tones and/or bone structure. Looks hacked off with no softness. Better than aging Alice in Wonderland look, but there was a long way in between.

She looks quite different like that. I'm not keen on the colour though.

Its better, but I'd never describe her as "rocking it"... Its thin and doesn't look well cut.

She looks good with that hair cut. She might be a nut, but at least she does a lot of charity work to help others.

It's an improvement but the cut looked better on Sharon Stone.

That's who she reminds me of in the second picture! Sharon Stone. I like the cut but I'm not crazy about the color.
