Just how sinful is Gossip Girl? So much so that its too-cute castmembers are starting some drama offscreen. An eyewitness says they saw Blake Lively hanging out at New York nightclub Southside Friday night, hooking up with a random blond—def not dark-haired Penn Badgley, whom Blake's been dating for the past year or so.
Says our N.Y. source, B.L. came in around midnight with a group of chums and was "too busy making out to dance or drink." And that ain't all...
Next morning, Lively and Badgley were spotted having one awkward brunch at Norma's restaurant at Le Parker Meridien hotel. "They both looked miserable," says a fellow diner who spotted the unhappy twosome Saturday. "He did not smile once."
Neither Lively's nor Badgley's reps returned calls for comment on the status of their relaysh. Hmmm.
But...Across town the same night, other Gossip guy Ed Westwick was seen at Studio at Webster Hall for his friend's DJ gig. "He was really drunk," says a fellow partygoer. "He just went back and forth between the bar and backstage." Eddie partied well into the night sans rumored amour and G.G. gal Jessica Szohr.
Don't these hot young things have enough options, or are they just too lazy to seek out noncoworkers to date? And what's with all the boozy behavior already? Don't these babes know they've got their whole lives to live before they start becoming George W. Bush? Sheesh
