Country star Wynonna Judd's shamed husband has confessed he's a sick child molester in a Tennessee courthouse.
Dan Roach, 51, has pleaded guilty to two felony counts of attempted aggravated sexual battery on a minor and is now heading to jail. He was arrested for the sex crimes in March, 2007 - five days before his wife filed for a divorce.
Roach will serve an initial 90-day sentence behind bars and then he'll be released on probation. If he violates the conditions of his probation, he faces a 10-year prison sentence.
Judd's estranged ex, who was her former bodyguard, will also have to register as a sex offender, according to tabloid the Globe.

Because it was only an attempt. So,they will have to wait until he suceeds in really ruining some other kids life to lock his sorry ass up.I hope she shoots him!

90 days and probation is way too little time for such a crime.

I don't know what I'd do if my husband or close family member committed this kind of crime. I would be so heartsick and repulsed.

Whether it was an attempt or not, it's still TWO felony counts on a crime against a child. To only serve 90 days is outrageous. I wonder if he got a good deal, or if that's all our screwed-up laws could give him.

I am assuming it was not one of her children who he attempted to molest. I assume that,because the childs Mother,Sister & certainly Grandmother are not people who would let the law stop them from shooting his ass.
