The "Brit Brit is A-OK" train is rolling along! Photographer Patrick Demarchelier took a few pictures of Brit Brit yesterday for Vogue. Yes, THAT Vogue. I'm really hoping the pictures are for Vogue's "Ode to Cheeto" issue.
This is one of the first times, in a long time, that I haven't gone cross-eyed from looking at Brit's weave. It usually looks like a tangled up ball of greasy yarn. It probably took an industrial-sized fan, two hot plates and a garden rake to straighten that shit out. Their efforts paid off, but you know by the time she got home, it was back to looking like a big bowl of coleslaw.
In other Cheeto news, Brit Brit told OK! Magazine that she already has a new album coming out this December. She said, “It’s my best work ever." Better than "E-Mail My Heart"? I doubt it.

It looks clean and styled. Far better than when she's left to her own devices.

But I still say those extensions are horrible. It's been since what, Feb 2007 that she shaved her head. Couldn't the extensions be more strategically placed and layered so it's not as obvious? As it is, it's awful and so mushroom-y: it's her real short hair up top with the obviously fake long hair right underneath.

my hair is exactly like that down to the color and length, except i dont have short chunks sticking out or bangs. so i like it. beats the pink wig lol.

Unless she's ruined her hair from years of abuse, taking drugs and whatever else that made her body unhealthy, I don't understand why a freaking 26 year old needs crap-ass extensions and can't just leave it alone and grow the shit out naturally? I mean, it's been what....a year and a half since she shaved it? Other than that freakness and a couple of times getting it cut a wee bit above her shoulders she's always worn it long anyway.

Sure he shoots for Vogue, but Spears must be posing for another magazine, a source tells me.

Spears' first and only appearance on a Vogue cover was back in November 2001 for an issue dedicated to American fashion (it hit stands just weeks after Sept. 11). The issue was a flop, according to the source. Editor-in-chief Anna Wintour "will never put her on the cover again," the source says. "She's just not a Vogue kind of girl."

A rep for the magazine confirms there are no plans for Spears. "She is not appearing on or in Vogue," the rep said. No matter because Ms. Spears is still a hot commodity. And no doubt there are plenty of other editors doing backflips and more to get the comeback pop princess on their covers.
