Michael Jackson and Amy Winehouse have featured on a list of the world's worst hotel guests.

Jackson was named and shamed after famously dangling baby son Prince Michael II over the balcony of a hotel in Berlin in 2002.

Winehouse was included for the alleged condition of her room at the Riverbank Plaza Hotel, which apparently took housekeepers hours to clean in February.

Elsewhere, Diana Ross was criticised for demanding that staff do not make eye contact with her, while Nicole Kidman was mentioned for reportedly shipping in a set of 800-thread-count Italian sheets and pages of diagrams for making up her bed in advance of a 12-hour stay at the Four Seasons Chicago.

Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Russell Crowe also featured on the list by concierge.com.

Common courtesy requires a hotel room be left in as tidy a condition as possible, along with a tip for the housekeeper. Housekeepers work hard enough without having people trash the place. I don't understand people leaving a mess. That is so disrespectful.
