Daniel Radcliffe gets naked for ‘Vogue’ magazine

Daniel Radcliffe, who will be reprising his Equus role on Broadway next month, is featured in the new issue of Vogue magazine in a couple new photos shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. The first pic was snapped for the magazine, the second pic (I understand) will be used as a promo photo for Equus on Broadway … here is the first, clothed pic:



The second pic is more … risqué … it features Daniel laying atop a big horse completely nekkid while veteran stage actor and his Equus co-star Richard Griffiths stands by looking … uncomfortable (or constipated, I can’t really tell). After the jump, check out the semi-NSFW image …

UHHH … it’s a weird pic, no question. If you’re interested in seeing a
larger version of this image you can see it HERE. I’m not sure how I feel about this pic. I think his promo pics for the West End run of Equus were more interesting. That being said, David and I do have third row center seats for Equus on Broadway next month. I’m interested to see what all the fuss is about. I guess I’ll also be finding out if Harry Potter’s magic wand is worth all the hype

I think he's getting naked so that he isn't only thought of as the boy wizard. When child actors grow up and want to do mature role they're usually not given role because people only think of them as the character they played as a kid.

^^I had high hopes for Daniel he was such a cute kid but he ended up with thin lips and when he smiles he creeps me out. However Elijah is even more creepier. Daniel took up the Hollywood diet - smoking - to get thin enough.

Radcliffe can look fairly good sometimes. He looks good in that top pic to me.

Other times, the caterpillar eyebrows and his propensity for looking like a member of The Village People takes over and he looks . . . not so good. Case in point:
