I agree with whomever said that any woman in her right mind would've taken Tom to court if she truly wanted more rights to her children. I personally think Nicole was ready to let go...of her life back then, of Tom and even of Isabella and Connor. I have a feeling she lost control of those kids to Tom a loooooong time ago.

I'm not entirely convinced that Nicole is being forced to stay away from her 2 older kids. She never joined co$, yet Tom still adopted with her.Something just doesn't add up.

This is probably beating a dead horse by this point, but 13 and 15 are NOT too young to understand what a custody battle is all about. My mom and step dad went through a custody battle when I was ages 10 to early, early 15, and I pretty much figured out what it was about by the time I was 12. Child support.

The Cruise-Kidman case would be more than just a child support thing, but you know what my point is. A lot of 13 and 15 year olds don't know SHIT, but when it comes to their parents basically 'fighting' for them... they know. And they hate it. And they wish they would stop.

That being said, if there ever IS a Cruise-Kidman custody thing over Conner and Isabella... I hope Tom gets MASSACRED.
