Britney Spears' book upset

Britney Spears is furious over her mother's plan to release a book about her.
The 'Toxic' singer is reportedly so angry with her mother Lynne Spears' decision to publish the tome - which details both Britney and her sister Jamie Lynn's showbiz lives - she refuses to be in the same room as her.
The disagreement is said to be so severe Britney initially refused to be present when her younger sister Jamie Lynn gave birth earlier this month because she didn't want to see Lynne.
A source said: "Britney was so upset and angry with her mom that at first she refused to be at the birth. She couldn't bear to be in the same room as her.
"But when Jamie Lynn found out that Britney might not be in there, she got really frightened and couldn't stop crying. She begged her sister to reconsider, and at the last minute Britney agreed to come."
Britney is so desperate to stop Lynne publishing her memoirs she has even reportedly tried to bribe her.
The source added to Britain's Closer magazine: "Britney feels that just as she is moving forward, her mom is dragging her back. She'd even offered to pay her mom the equivalent of the book money to keep her quiet."

The two of them hardly ever speak; yet it was imperative that Shitney be present for the birth. I'm sure. Where do they come up with this shit?

A thought just occurred to me ... have we ever seen pics of JL visiting Shitney's kids? She is their aunt and I can't recall her ever spending any time with them.

Britney's already done enough on her own to destroy her reputation and humiliate herself. I don't know what she's so concerned about. Lynne's going to be pretty damn hard pressed to reveal anything that actually surprises people or further slanders Britney's reputation. In fact, I think if anything it would help because it might explain WHY she is the way that she is today.

Hey, Britney's only just been allowed near her kids... a picture of JL near the kids is really asking the tough questions.

Isn't this a really really really old story? Wasn't Lynne about to have a "parenting book" released when the world found out about JL's pregnancy and Brit was falling off the rails? It was a huge joke and they pushed back the release date. Now what might be an interesting topic is how a mother can ignore her daughter's clear mental illness for years so that she can exploit that daughter and while she's so busy exploiting first one then another child, that she lets her under 16 y/o have her boyfriend move in so she can get knocked up - now there's a parenting book!
