The kegal exercises will help the hoo ha go back, they're not just for the urinary part. The muscles down there can be toned back up just like any other muscle in the body.

Now as for the major tearing, I don't know. I guess some women would need to have surgery to get back to normal. Regular everyday vaginal deliveries will not permanently mess up the goods though. Thank goodness.

Personally, I'd rather just do what's best for the baby. I'm sure most women have the same opinion - celebs included.

If the doctors recommed c-section, I would go with c-section in an instant. I'm not going to even think about potentially putting my (hypothetical) child at risk, for the sake of pursuing of some fairytale, "natural" birth. I trust the medical experts way more than a bunch of childbirth hippy-Nazis on an internt forum or in a mothers group.

And if anyone judged me on it... well, screw them. It's my kid who came out of my body healthy and happy, not their daft little Ashleigh-Sparkyle.

Once again, you can't believe everything you read. Another source said that she only had to push twice and the the baby was delivered which pissed Twitney off because she had to have her cut out because of her herpz.

Hehe very true. I don't really believe anything I read about this... it's not like anyone from the media was in the delivery room with her, so how would anyone outside of the family actually know what happened? They don't know, and they never will.

I hope Jamie Lynn and her daughter have a good, happy, normal life together.
