Sarah Jessica Parker feels "old and tired".

The 'Sex and the City' actress admits she is finding it hard to cope in the movie industry now she is 43, but would never consider going under the knife to preserve her beauty.

She said: "I feel so old and tired - I look around and everyone else seems so much younger! I buy face cream. I'll try everything.

"Who knows if they work but I can't help thinking the more money you spend, the better it must be!"

Parker - who has a five-year-old son James Wilkie with husband Matthew Broderick - recently revealed becoming a mother made her more romantic.

She said: "I surprise Matthew all the time with stuff. I buy him presents and leave him notes. And having a child makes a marriage much more romantic because you have this thing in common that you love in a new way."

She has begun to look extremely haggard as of late. Before she had a fresh cute attractiveness. I know not everyone will agree, but she had something. Lately she looks worked. She's really owning the witchy tendencies of her face.

I think part of the reason she looks so worn is because she is unnaturally thin. It makes her face look so long and witchy. If she gained 10 lbs I think it would probably soften her features somewhat. I was watching older eps. of SaTC and she was so much cuter in the beginning. I think it was the wild hair along with her not being as painfully skinny.

I have to agree that she has gotten too skinny. She doesn't have that fuller faced look (and fuller faces always look younger cause they don't have that gaunt, hollow look).
