PETA won't leave Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen alone
PETA is obsessed with trashing Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, whom they refer to as the Trollsen Twins, who are celebrating their birthdays this Friday.
PETA is encouraging animal lovers to send clumps of hair to the twins as a birthday gift. They've posted this on their website:
The twins are still sporting as much fur as ever. Since they seem to be in such dire need of extra hair on their bodies, let's give them some of ours—and send a strong message while we're at it….Save that hair in a bag and mail it to the twins with a note that says, "Please, use my hair instead of the animals'. Happy Birthday." Do you think PETA has gone too far?

Peta is such a fanatical group of people that goes to extreme lengths to push their agenda, and most of the time, it backfires imo. I don't agree with wearing fur either, but I wouldn't send someone a bag of my hair if they choose to wear it.

Typical "world according to troll" action.
Did it eve occur to PETA that it might be fake fur? A lot of designers refuse to use fur.... (ok, some don't but my statement wasn't an absolute).

I could care less about the twins, but I loathe PETA...
Yes, they come up with good/funny ideas for their agenda, but I think it's so hateful to target particular people (usually the rich & famous) and just nag them to death about PETA's plight.
PETA is an organization that is supposed to *help* animals - not attack human beings for their choices. I just cant think of any other organization that gets more publicity for their outrageous antics.

PETA in my opinion really needs to back off. They go too far sometimes.
Back in feb. during fashion week they were outside a few shows. i had on a faux fur juicy couture jacket and they kept approaching me yelling out "bunny butcher" lmao, and shoving pics of dead animals in my face. I'm like 'ummm it's not real fur, please get out of my way..."

they go to far but as we have learned only the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Did you know in the state of Kansas a greyhound is not a dog therefore they do not have to abide by the rules of the ASPCA? I contacted PETA about it to see what they were doing and they were up on it.. I give them kudos
Also Emory uses chimps for testing.. it took them years but they finally gave them AID's so they could see how it effected them.
I heart PETA for having the guts to do things I can't.
