After the Commish gave her more face time with the boobers, Britney Spears continued on the right path by working her butt out Tuesday.

A smiling and healthier-looking Brit blew out of a Bally near her home holding a bottle of water and a ... cigarette. Baby steps, people, baby steps.

I think Britney just shows up at Bally's, splashes some water on her face to make it look like sweat, jogs long enough for all the paps to get their shot and then scoots off to Starbucks.

Seriously, for all the 'working out' she's been doing she looks as fat, bloated, old, unfit and sloppy as always.

Why doesn't she have a really expensive celebrity personal trainer whipping her ass into shape? Is this just another area where she refuses help? Just walking on the treadmill isn't going to get her into good enough shape to go on another tour.

No kidding! Actually, I don't really think she's fat, but she does look as greasy and sloppy as ever.

I don't know how she's doing much cardio if she's still a smoker. When I smoked, I got winded embarrassingly easily.

I think it's because she's running out of money. Either that, or she likes the positive attention she receives.

This way she doesn't actually have to work out, but she still gets her much needed attention from the paps. And while she is casually strolling on the treadmill [which is set to downhill, btw

There was a article that after she loses all her weight. Rumor is to be a total of 40 pounds. I dont know how much she has lost already, but she does look slimmer and they showed video at TMZ of her working her ass off for at least a few hours 3 times a week.

She would be a spokesperson for Bally. I think she is looking better.

Tina Fey keeps saying she would like her to guest star on 30 rock and then offer her a role.

So it seems things are getting better for her. I really dont have anything bad to say. Mid 2008 has been the best she had since her break up with Kevin and nasty Parasite. She does have some comedic timing so maybe 30 rock, and the rumored Parenting classes that she will enroll in is the best thing for her. I will give her the BIGGEST CONGRATULATIONS if this is true because I just feel sorry for her and she had a troubled four years, and needs to get her shit together and if this is the only way, plus getting her sons back. I wish her the best.
