President Bush made a funny about Jessica Simpson in front of the New York Giants yesterday. UsWeekly reports that he said, "We're going to send Jessica Simpson to the Democrat National Convention."
This would have been funny if Cindy McCain had said it. Cindy probably has amazing comedic delivery. Seriously, when is she taking her solo act on the road? Valium will sponsor it.
Bush should not know about this kind of shit! He shouldn't even know who Jessica Simpson is. I'm sure he loves to dance in his underwear to "With You," but still! Doesn't he have better things to think about? Yeah, wrong question.

Not to answer for cynic who I'm sure can do that quite well for him/herself, but if you think you are free inside a country where the POTUS can declare you an enemy combatant for whatever reason enters his empty head without your having any recourse under the law, well...
If you think you are free in a country where the POTUS can attach a "signing statement" to legislation enacted by our duly elected representatives in Congress declaring he does not have to abide by the law he is signing into law, well...
