From the looks of Denise Richards -- and contrary to popular belief -- she likes to keep it very real.

Denise, who is not pregnant, took a break from shooting her upcoming fauxality series in Maui on Wednesday.

Looks like she's not holding back -- she's letting it all hang out for the show.

I saw the rest of these photos, this by FAR is the worst shot. Her stomach isn't washboard, but c'mon....she's 37 and has had two kids and I think her body is still rockin'

Her stomach is better than 90% of the people I see on vacation, at the mall, etc. I've seen plenty worse "gross guts" Denise's doesn't even qualify. Maybe by Hollywood standards, but it's ridiculous to always rail on women who have a normal/healthy body. (end of rant)

I found it most amusing, not because she's put a few / 20 lbs on BUT because she was just in Shape magazine going on (and on .... and on) about how pilates got her flat stomach back after having 2 kids....

And it's not like she doesn't normally have a hollywood body..... These are from about this time last year and I saw the unphotoshopped ones... and these are fairly accurate.

Another of the many reasons why I'll never have kids. I'm not going to ruin my figure for something that will grow up eventually and call me an asshole. My cousin always says to my aunty 'You ruined my life!' and she says 'You ruined my figure, call it even'.
