Default Michelle Williams haunted by ghost of Heath Ledger (has been visited 2 times already)

    Michelle 'haunted by Ledger ghost

    Wednesday, April 23, 2008

    Heath still hanging around?

Heath Ledger's former lover claims she is being haunted by his ghost.
Actress Michelle Williams told friends that Ledger, who died aged 28 of an accidental drug overdose in January, had twice visited her as a 'shadowy apparition'.
The first time, she was woken at night after hearing furniture move.
In another 'visitation', she said he apologised to her for not being there to help raise their two-year-old daughter, Matilda.
Williams, 27, claimed the hauntings helped her grieve.

It happens. I'm glad she sees it as a good thing.

I've read that there is generally a period of time before a deceased person comes back to visit those left behind ... about six months. That is true in my case. My father died the end of May and his first visit didn't occur until December ... seven months later.

^^Yea, my mother 'visited' me about 6 months after she died. I only recall once. But it was a very positive thing.

Hope it is for Michelle too (if this is true).

Maybe someday he'll come around little Matilda.

^^ It took awhile before my granddad came to see me. Right before he died, he told my mom he wanted to fly with his war buddies that died again. I felt my dad the day we buried him, that experience is an entire new thread..lol.

That's nice if it is true.

I've been visited by a loved one before too - it's nice.

I am a firm believer in that our loved ones do come back and say "hi" every once in a while. It is really quite touching.

I also believe that it certainly could happen. If true then I would think that this might be a comfort to her.

I haven't had my grandpa come back to me yet... not in a good way. Everytime I dream of him, he's always punching me. >_>

I bet Matilda gets visits too. Up to a certain age children can see these things very clearly.

My cousin, whom I spent most of my teenage years babysitting, died in a car accident a few years ago. My Mom and I both saw him, or felt his presence in our homes, within a few weeks of his death. It took his Mom a little longer though.

I don't doubt Heath's paid his two girls a visit. I hope it brings some peace to Michelle, knowing that he's still looking out for the two of them.

If it brings people comfort, then that's a wonderful thing. Unfortunately, a lot of people might think she's weird if this news gets too well known though.

A few days after my mother died I was woken by the sounds of my parents dancing upstairs. It seems they had met again somewhere - I had forgotten they liked to dance.

My late MIL 'came to visit' and I was able to reassure her that I would look after her son/my husband the way she would want and she seemed happy with that. I've had a couple of moments since my dad died 3 years ago when we've 'connected' and again, he was just checking in really. Nothing scary.
