She has sold 26 million albums in a career that spans three decades - now soprano superstar Sarah Brightman is rolling back the years with a raunchy new look.
The 47-year-old turned up at the Classical Brit Awards in S&M-style black leather boots, dramatic puffball-style dress, and Jordan-esque hair extensions.
It is a far-cry from the doe-eyed look she became famous for 25 years ago when she was married to composer Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.

In those days she was more the doe-eyed ingénue, likely to be found perched demurely on the knee of her former husband and mentor.
But her 1984 marriage to Lloyd Webber ended in 1990 in divorce.
And now, with the Pre-Raphaelite ringlets recently been trimmed and smoothed, they perfectly complement the fashionable Gothic look of the singer.
In an interview with You magazine, Sarah said: "I have the sort of round face that you complain about when you're younger, but which serves you well as you get older."
And not only is she basking in the satisfaction of having achieved so much with her music, Sarah also has a young new boyfriend, 41-year-old Bulgarian-born, German-raised Louis Oberleander.
Once typecast as Sir Andrew's toy girl, Sarah now seems to have taken over the globe as the world's bestselling soprano.

Raunchy image: Sarah Brightman makes a splash at the Classical Brit Awards
Her confident new style is a sure sign of how much Sarah has vamped up her image since she stopped being Mrs Lloyd Webber.
Sarah admitted: "I was quite middle-aged when I was younger.
"I always felt older than my years, maybe because I was married to someone older.
"I think it's typical of women when they love someone that they move themselves into that person's life and go with that."

Younger outlook: Sarah with new boyfriend Louis Oberleander, 41, attributes her youthful image to her younger friends
And she attributes her young outlook, and image, to her move from Britain to Germany at the beginning of the 1990s.
She said: "All my friends were involved with techno, and suddenly I was being introduced to younger types of music and a different way of doing things.
"And I'm having a lot of fun now."
In 2000, Sarah sold more records than Elton John when she became America's highest-selling British artist. And having made so much money, she reportedly offered to hand back the multimillion-pound divorce settlement she received from Sir Andrew.
