Jennifer Lopez Sets Her Sights On Triathlon Training

New mother Jennifer Lopez is planning to compete in a triathlon in six months.
Lopez gave birth to wins Emme and Max on 22 February (08) and is already focusing on taking part in a endurance event, in which participants swim, cycle and run, later this year (08).
She reveals her intention in an exclusive new People Magazine interview, prompting journalist Peter Castro to ask her when she plans to enter a triathlon.
She replies, "Probably in October, September/October... I want my babies to be proud of me."

I don't get the "babies being proud of me" part by competing in a triathalon. Maybe they'd be prouder if you gave the $6M pic money to a charity for women and children in need.

I think her babies would rather that she were home and not training for some stupid race. Maybe she should say that she's doing it for herself because it would sound less stupid.
But she IS stupid. After all, she DID marry a freakin' zombie.

You arent supposed to go back to work after a C-section until you've been checked by your doctor @ your 8 week appt, at least that's the general rule in the US. I started running after my C-section @ 4 weeks and my incision opened up.
She might be able to do something light at first, but she should probably take a good two months to make sure there isnt any complications with the C-section.
