Britney Spears's dad is selling her cars

After being ordered on Monday to pay more of Kevin Federline's legal fees, the conservators for Britney Spears are wasting no time tightening her purse strings.

During Monday's hearing, Commissioner Goetz authorized Jamie Spears and co-conservator, Andrew Wallet, to sell a few of brit's cars. The exact makes and models were not available and it's not clear how many of the singer's cars will be sold.

But just for fun, let's think: there's the white Mini-Coup, the grey Audi, the black Mercedes, the white Mercedes and at least two leased black Escalades...

Co-conservator Andrew Wallet made the request today in court. Britney's court appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, was also there. His response to the request: "I have no objection to that."

Meanwhile, the commish also signed off on an extension to the conservator's restraining order against Sam Lutfi. The order remains in effect until April 16. As OK! reported yesterday, the request was granted swiftly and without a showdown because Sam reportedly agreed to having the order extended. Apparantly he thinks it's best for both him and the Britster.

And, our reaction to that, as it was yesterday, is: UH-HUH!

According to Page Six, she has 9 vehicles total.

Spears to Sell Cars

Jamie Spears has been granted permission to sell some of Britney's cars. The 26-year-old pop singer, whose attorney did not object the request, has nine vehicles, according to her driving-without-a-license lawyer, Michael Flanagan.Also, the restraining order against Sam Lutfi has been extended to April 16.
Other issues discussed today include Brit's medical and financial situations. The next hearing in her conservatorship case is scheduled for April 17.

All the cheeto stains, frappa spills, baby spew, chewing gum stuck in the carpet and 'ugh' Britney's cooter's been squished all over the seat!

Well she was ordered to pay Kfed's court fees of about $375 k or something ridiculous like that.
That is crazy that he is selling her cars, though. I guess he can do that.

Why the fuck is he entitled to sell her belongings?!!?! I'm sorry. Yes, the girl is nuts ...and can't go anywhere, right now. But who is her father to have this much control over her belongings. Its one thing to control what she spends ..but selling things she already has dosn't sound right to me.

^Considering she has been controlled since she was very young, this is nothing different for her IMO. Obviously because of it, she can't function as normal person and has to resort to being told what to do again and taught how to live life w/o all the handlers.

Having 9 cars is excessive in the first place. I bet half of them she bought for her 'friends'.

I don't think she's broke at all, he's just bringing her back to reality a bit.
