The pair, who have been seeing each other on and off since last April, were spotted enjoying a late-night embrace after a romantic evening out in London last week.
Since splitting from his long-term girlfriend, actress Kate Bosworth, in 2006, 31-year-old Orlando has devoted himself to his Buddhist faith and work for the environmental company Global Green.
