TMZ has learned that our favorite chicken dancer was arrested at LAX yesterday for allegedly shoplifting two celeb magazines and a pack of batteries from one of the terminal stores! She keeps going and going and going ...
Law enforcement sources tell us Ling walked into the gift shop around 4:30 PM yesterday -- and walked out with the goods; total value around $16. She was placed under citizen's arrest by a shop employee. We're told then a "cooperative but crying" Ling was taken by Airport Police to the station where she was booked for theft.
A court date has not yet been set.

Bai Ling found time to blog -- and post pictures! -- about her trip to LAX yesterday ... conveniently leaving out the part where she was arrested for allegedly pilfering $16 worth of merchandise from an airport store. Um ... is this thing on?
Underneath pictures of herself at the Southwest terminal at LAX, she writes, "Delayed the flight, wondring [sic] again in the airport like a ghost, why can't I just be the sun smile? My heart is a little sad now, casted by the melody of life ..."
She posted again this morning with a Valentine's Day message. Earth to Bai.

Ever since I used to watch reruns of "The Andy Griffith Show" I've wanted to place someone under citezen's arrest - just so I could yell "Sita-zeyhn's Ar-ryest!! Sita-zeyhn's Arr-reyst!!" just like Gomer Pyle. Man. I hope that's how they did it to Bai in the airport.
