However, as the mother of two has blown off over a half-dozen previously scheduled attempts at being deposed many insiders are convinced that Britney will be a no-show for this one as well. A legal source said: “She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show. That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility.” More likely, explains the courtroom insider, Federline’s team could ask the court to impose monetary sanctions on Britney, who is already paying Kevin’s legal costs.

i wish that she WOULD get jail time. She's more of a danger lately than any of the other idiots (paris, nicole, lindsay) someone is going to be hurt or killed by her and her escapes around town. i honestly dont have any sympathy for her. and i'm PISSED that someone hasnt done something about it yet.
