Amy Winehouse’s holiday binge plans

It’s the holiday season, and everything seems more excessive this time of year… spending money on presents, eating more than usual at holiday parties, and if you’re Amy Winehouse it means getting blitzed out of your mind.

The troubled singer has publicly declared that she’ll be partying overtime later this month, and then checking into rehab in the new year.

Reportedly, the “Rehab” singer aspires to be clean and sober by the time her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil gets out of jail. But according to an inside source, she’s got a long way to go if she wants to shape up.

“Things have got worse for Amy since Blake was jailed. She’s been taking more drugs than ever. It’s become like having a cup of tea. [But] Amy has agreed she will sort her life out in the New Year.”

She’s scheduled to perform live at the Grammys this February, but a source close to the singer says her holiday antics may complicate things. “She wants to give the performance of her life [at the Grammys] in LA.

But she’s going to throw a party over Christmas which will probably be a messy affair.”

It looks like one of those creatures from 'Aliens' is about to pop out of the back of Amy's head. Where's Ripley when you need her?

How high can her hair go? It looks like something from a cheesy 80's movie about robot aliens. I'm sick of hearing about how happy she is to party and do drugs. I'll be shocked if she actually shows up to the Grammys.
If she keeps going like she is, by next year she'll either be dead or a has-been.

So now it's painfully obvious that she'd rather be wasted off of her ass, instead of get help for herself and in the name of the people who deeply care for her. Not entirely sure if I have any sympathy left for this girl. Because we all know that when she says she's going to get help in the new year, we all know she's just saying what some of us want to hear.

I really hate to be so cynical, but I am afraid that one of these days we are going to open our newspapers and see this:

I think she is in much worse shape than Courtney Love is/was, and it's a shame.
