I'm so tired of hearing the interviewer asking the celebrity whom they are wearing. It should be able the movie not the designer.

I buy it. She's the only young actress with substance out there and I believe her when she says she's not primarily interested in designer clothes.

If she doesnt like it, then dont play along, dont be in hollywood, and don't make movies.
Actually, just shut up and stop whining about how you have top designers GIVING you hideously expensive and beautiful clothes to parade around in.

Is anybody else here old enough to remember when stars bought their own clothes and jewels.....
No one asked them back then, because it wasn't giving free advertising.......
If they would just buy their own clothes, when they were asked
"who's dress are you you wearing" they could reply "mine".....

Honestly i didn't know that, i always thought that designers gave celebs free clothes and jewelry. But i agree with her when i watch award shows i wanna know about the awards and achievements and not the fashion (thats why they are called award shows d'uh!!) but you can't really get away from it so she is going to have to live with it or show up at the Golden Globes in a back bin bag in protest.

Ugh, I hate it when actors whine about this stuff. It can be annoying, sure, but it's your career choice, so suck it up, princess! It can't be all bad, considering the same people whining about the focus on fashion spend more than a fair share of their time swanning around at fashion shows with designers and appearing in IN/STYLE and Vogue. Clothes are fun and admitting that you occasionally enjoy fashion doesn't mean you can't be Miss "Serious Actress" too. I'm sick of these ungrateful, miserable little starlets playing "poor little rich girl".
