Former "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra was jailed early Saturday after a drunken confrontation with police and onlookers, authorities said.
The arrest comes less than two weeks after she pleaded no contest to charges of battery and possession of cocaine.
Sierra, 22, was charged Saturday with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges. She was being held without bond.
Sierra, who was supposed to be completing a drug-rehabilitation program to be televised nationally, was arrested at a bar in Ybor City at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.
"As the defendant was taken into custody, she attempted to push away and flee the scene," the arresting officers wrote.
Her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, said he heard about his client's latest run-in with the law Saturday and had not spoken with her.
"I've been getting calls all day, but don't have any comment," he said.
On Nov. 19, Circuit Judge Gregory Holder sentenced Sierra to 12 months probation and random drug screening. She was accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass at a Tampa nightspot in April. Officers then found a small amount of cocaine while searching her afterward at the county jail.
A top-10 contestant on the show in 2005, Sierra entered a California rehab facility in July that was to be documented on VH1's reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," sometime early next year.

 Jessica Sierra was to the point when she was busted last week. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Sierra told the arresting officer, "I'll suck your d*** if you don't take me to jail.
Sierra also went on to use the N word several times, saying, "F*** you N*****!" According to the report, her friend tried calming Jessica down as she tried shoving a cop -- Jessica and her pal ended up fighting in the street.
The broken "Idol" hurled a flurry of racial slurs and profanity during her arrest. She's been charged with disorderly intoxication and violation of parole -- and obstruction of justice.
This weekend, a judge denied her bond, advising that Jessica needs to find another form of entertainment.

This girl got involved with drugs. Plain and simple. She's now obviously hooked on drugs and booz and believe me, it'll get worse before it gets any better. What's funny though is that she looked like a total good girl on the show. There was no 'wild' vibe to her at all. She was sort of chunky and sweet. Now look at what she's become. What a shame.

 TMZ has obtained surveillance video of Jessica Sierra at the police station following her arrest on Dec 1 -- and it's not a pretty sight! In the damning footage, Sierra is seen exhibiting erratic behavior; yelling at officers, walking around barefoot, and then capping her performance by vomiting on a cell floor.
As for her alleged drug use, you'll never guess what she told a local Florida news station just a matter of weeks ago!
