Beyonce Knowles goes Country on next album?
"Pop/R&B superstar Beyonce is set to shock her hardened fans with a country and western-inspired album.
The Crazy In Love hitmaker has reportedly enlisted the help of award winning singer/songwriter Amanda Ghost. The singer opted for a new musical direction after singing a country version of her hit 'Irreplaceable' at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles last weekend.
A source tells, "Beyonce wants to try something completely different. She's a fan of country music and thought that would be an interesting and exciting way to go. She contacted Amanda early this week and she is going over to work with her on it." (wenn)

Yet another "Beyonce camp insider" scoop coming from Miss "Lard Azz" Jones
She's already begun work on her new POP album with Timberland, besides the fact that Sugarland has been covering Irreplaceable for the past 8 months. it's too late to throw grease but she still keeps trying bless her heart

I wouldn't pay good money to hear Beyond-Ego sing country, r&b, pop, classical, hip-hop, etc.

I just watched the performance on youtube and it was fucking atrocious. I don't like country or Beyonce though so maybe that's why I think that.....

Beyonce is from Texas, hence her support for Sugarland & THEIR RENDITION of HER song. SHE'S NOT GOING COUNTRY FOLKS. I lub me some Beyonce, but I liked ta died when watching the awards. She was basically "back-up" for Sugarland, heck, she didn't even come out until the 2nd verse can't blame her for those bleeding ears. I liked Sugarlands performance, but I DID NOT WANT TO SEE BEYONCE coming on stage to participate.
In all fairness, like I'm ever non-biased , Beyonce performances are always on point. Except this 1 where she looked bored and not into it at all. But again, she's not use to playing back-up singer, therefore there was no need for "Sasha" to make an appearance. Just look at HOW HEAVILY the AMA'S used her name in their advertising there's a reason for that people

I like Beyonce and Country music...But I don't like the two together, and I for certain cannot stand Sugarland's rendition of "Irreplaceable"
