Can she take the kids out of state? I would doubt it, why would he give permission. She wouldn't last five minutes in New York. I'm sure she couldn't drive there. She couldn't wear those ridiculous clothes either

She and New York might be a bad combination. I'm sure she's trying to get away from the California court system though. They seem pretty intent on forcing her to be a responsible parent.

If Britney thinks the N.Y. court system will be easier on her, then she's got another thing coming. The majority of the judges on the East Coast don't give a damn if you're a celebrity.
