Miss Universe Japan is such a joke. It's all about being "kawaii" cute and looking cheap. Not elegant at all.

Aren't most japanese girls brunettes? Because when parisite was judging some contest in Australia she made some comment like she only likes blondes and ALL blondes are beautiful. (even though she is a brunette)

How will she ever pick a winner!?

Yes, they are. Most have dark, dark, dark, DARK hair, but will bleach it so it looks lighter brown.

Mizz Hilton's gonna have a hell of a hard time.
