A tearful Amy Winehouse cut a lonely figure when she was spotted wandering the streets of Munich, Germany on her own.

The pictures, taken last week, show the Rehab singer looking scared and on the verge of tears, which sources blame on the constant arguments between Amy and husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

According to pals, the 24-year-old star is struggling to cope with the increasingly stormy rows with husband Blake. And they warn his controlling behaviour, and unreasonable demands are threatening the couple's six-month marriage.

A source told Closer magazine: "They are constantly arguing backstage, and whenever he gets bored he demands they leave, no matter what she's doing.
"At one of her gigs, Blake even insisted they go back to the hotel half an hour before she was due on stage."

Despite Amy's teams pleas, the young singer won't stand up to her husband, who she credits with saving her life, after he got her to hospital following her overdose.

The source added: "Amy's team has told her they can't run a tour under these circumstances. But she runs straight to Blake, who goes mental and threatens to fly back to the UK. "Then she goes back to her team and tells them, she can't do it without him around."

God, now she just looks tragic in that picture. She needs to get away from that guy stat. Too bad she married him and from the sound of things, is completely dependent on him.

They are such a drug/alcohol/abuse stereotype. If she was living in the trailer park down the street, working at Walmart, I don't think people would have nearly as much patience with her behavior. I cannot believe someone with the resources she has cannot pull herself out of this situation. I cannot believe she doesn't have people around her who cannot get her out, if for no other reason than to protect their moneymaker.

Confirms the old saying that you have to be ready to pull yourself out of this sort of cycle. No one can do it for you.

i don't feel sorry for her.. she is a 24 year grown woman who is big enough and ugly enough to take care of herself... or does that only apply to Britney.

I don't feel sorry for her either. After trying to help someone out of the sort of situation she is in, the cycle of abuse (drug), I think I don't have much patience for those who choose to stay in it. Because it is a choice, at least in her situation. There are many women and children who are financially stuck in abusive situations because they can't make it on their own or don't have many resources. She could easily get out just like she could easily get treatment for herself.

It bothers me how she credits him for saving her life. I mean, I guess she could have died that night if he didn't help her. But at the same time he made her this way! She wasn't all messed up and cracked out when she first came out. This drug shit is all Blake. Number 1 enabler right there.

While she is clearly troubled - I have a hard time feeling sorry for her.
It's the same thing over and over again and her song has grown tiresome; everyone wants to helps but she doesn't want help. I'm quite convinced that she is one of those artists that believes that she must suffer and be tortured for the great good of their craft.

If anything, sheer luck and good, prompt medical care saved her life. But no...she credits this douchebag for doing what anyone with a soul would (and should) do for another human being who was drugged out of her shit and about to die...taking her ass to a hospital. What a dumb cunt.
