hey, good for him. if i had that some sort of stupid money, i'd probably buy ridiculously priced items too.
What does X Factor boss Simon Cowell do when he's got a week off from the telly because of the Rugby World Cup?
He goes and spends £1 million on two incredible cars in LA, with equally incredible price tags, of course.
But Simon didn't just buy any old pricey motors. He splashed out £750,000 on a Bugatti Veyron - the world's most expensive and fastest street-legal car.

With in excess of 1000 horsepower, the Veyron - built by Volkswagen - has top speed of 253.81 mph (408.47 km/h).
Not content with speed, Cowell, on his return to London, bought £400,000 worth of comfort and style in the shape of a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe.
But the eighteen feet long and six feet wide Coupe is no slouch either. With V12 under the bonnet the Roller has a top speed of 149mph.

Cowell's love of speed is well known, having blitzed the BBC's Top Gear track in 1:47.1 last year - the eighth fastest time overall for the 'Star in a Reasonably Priced Car' segment and the third fastest non-professional driver in series eight.
The reality TV hot-shot already owns a stack of pricey motors, including this Ferrari (above), but when you're worth in excess of £100 million, who's counting?

It says sluce gets off easy and is a good time. Cash ONLY. Sluce ... and a cast of many
if i had his money i'd buy the bugatti, think its an amazing car
I also love the drophead phantom, mainly because RR were adamant they weren't going to make it...and then suddenly a drophead phantom turns up in the Top Gear studio as a 'technical exercise'. As the boys said at the time 'expect it therefore to be on sale sometime next year for around £300,000'
"I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: 'O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous.' And God granted it."
