Mariah - who shot to fame when she was just 20 with her debut album 'Mariah Carey' - also admits she still struggles to deal with fame.
When asked what advice she would give to troubled young stars Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, she told America's Glamour magazine: "I wouldn't want to speak to those people specifically, but I would say you need to be very centered, and spiritually know where you're at, all the time.
"Don't be obsessed with what people are writing or saying. Live your life for you. My lifestyle has changed since making it as a singer. It's not a financial struggle, but I'm still struggling in a lot of ways."

Oh puhleeze. Now this woman has often made me feel like I've been drinking the Haterade. What clueless comments!! Especially the part about not being obsessed with what other people write about you. She's second only to Britney in terms of that. As for Hello Kitty? I do not like sharing that interest with her. *flounce* But I do hope she is sincere about the spirituality part.

I wish I could find it again, but I saw a picture the other day of Mariah in her Hello Kitty bathroom and it was the most frightening fugtastic shitfest you've ever seen.
Seriously, it's hilarious. Scary and weird, but hilarious.
