HUGH Hefner's No. 1 girlfriend, Holly Madison, has a new job at Playboy, and things are about to change. The bimbonic blonde, who shares Hef with two other blondes, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, is now the magazine's junior photo editor and is looking to shake things up. "I think readers are sick of seeing the same cookie-cutter blondes," the silicon-enhanced beauty told Page Six. "I'm looking for natural bodies. I pay attention to what readers write in - and they do like to see diversity."

I still see it as a PR stunt for Hef that also allows him to simultaneously placate and stroke her ego. Very efficient.

he's looking to placate her because she wants a baby. she's done some shoots for him before and is typically "in charge" of the calendar shoots and shit like that. she's the number one girlfriend and I don't think he's looking to get married sooooo.... he gives her job. what, like that's the first time something like this happened? If I had to fuck him, I'd want something out of it too...

Am I the only one who find these 3 really ugly? I was really shocked the first time I watched the program. Bridget looks so old and sooooo fugly, especially without makeup. Holly just looks meh, forgettable, and Kendra has such an extremely plain face. I was expecting some bombshells, but instead got such plain janes.
