“You’re A Drug Abuser,” Judge Tells Britney!


A Los Angeles judge confirmed this week what we’ve all suspected all along, that Britney Spears still has a substance abuse problem.
And, if she wants to keep her two kids, she’s gonna have to get sober and stay clean!
“Based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears],” will have to undergo testing for controlled substances and alcohol. The testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times, and the results will be forwarded to the court.
In addition to drug testing, Britney and Kevin - who still maintain 50/50 custody of Tater Tot and Small Fry - will have to both adhere to a long list of court-ordered demands:
· Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.
· The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.
· Both parents must complete the “Parenting Without Conflict” program.
· Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.
· They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.
· Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.
· They must ensure that any prospective childcare professionals hold valid Red Cross infant CPR training.
While the responsibilities for Federline end there, Judge Gordon tacked on an extra list of tasks for Spears. In order to maintain the current shared custody agreement, the popstar must:
· Attend individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.
· Meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week. The coach is to observe her parenting skills and her interaction with her sons and provide Federline with a written progress report by October 22.

All I can say is GOOD. I hate Britney. I hate her for her selfish, self-indulgent, vacuous and utterly classless existence. I hate her for having children that she can't be bothered looking after. I hate her. Passionately.

I can only ever look at her with disdain and contempt.

Personally would like to see her have her parental rights severed all together.

Good. All those requirements are things she desperately needs. She needs someone to tell her what to do and to keep her on the straight and narrow, as loathe as she is to admit it. Maybe this will shatter her denial about how much she is messing up at least where those kids are concerned.

I just don't see her sobering up and here is why:

Many childless celebs have abuse problems who cannot get it together with rehab and straighten up. I don't think Britney values her kids enough to clean up, she views them as the price she had to pay for being a stupid whore, something to forever have to feed cash to financially, a burden. Thus she will continue to self destruct.

She'd have to actually value and love the kids MORE THAN HER SKANK FRIENDS / MAN HO'S and see them as a reason to sober up, and I don't see that happening.

Not implying that I know how she feels about her children, but she hasn't listened to her family, legal advisors or management, so I don't expect her to obey or listen to a judge.

I think if anything she'll spin this again because she's in major denial. She'll make it seem like she has no problem, everyone's making this up, the judge is biased and hateful. I can't see her at this point doing rehab successfully for the sake of her kids. It's everyone else's problem, not hers.

I disagree, spinmonkey. She hasn't listened to her family because she knows as an adult she can do what she wants. I even think she does the stupid things she does to spite them and let them know they can't control her.

A judge, on the other hand, can legally take away her kids. Whom, in her own dim way, she still loves and doesn't want to lose, as much as her actions seem to show otherwise. More importantly, she can't "cut the judge out of her life" like she did to everyone else who tells her what to do.

If she pulls herself together I will be surprised. Yes, she may have been doing this all for spite. That tells me though that obviously she doesn't care enough about her children to put petty behavior behind her. What makes you think she will now. I would think this court appearance today should have scared her, but she was screwing around right up to today.

I agree that the girl definitely needs help, but less than a year ago we were all cheering her decision to divorce the scum bag husband she married. She stayed with that douche and took care of the first boy constantly while K-Fed partied it up and tried to get a career going.

Now K-Fed realizes he is nothing without her and decides he is going to portray himself as DAD OF THE YEAR. Does anyone remember when he released his album after the seperation announcement and he could not even get anyone to come and see him? Remember how the press bad mouthed him constantly??? Once the divorce proceedings started and Brit could go out and have some fun - Fed turns in to Saint Kevin. I guess it was OK for him to use her while he was married and had her money to spend, but when his cash became short, he HAD to change his ways.

Britney will now have to shape up or give her kids to the douche. Her parent's will be happy because she is no longer supporting their butts either. The only one truly benefiting from this is Shar, because I am sure K-Feds child support went up tremendously with his new found income in the form of Child Support from Britney.

Britney, you are entitled to some fun, but your kids come first. Next time think before you tie the knot with some no name who is worth less than you.

K-Fed isn't portraying himself as anything. He's been very quiet where the kids are concerned, and for all we know, he may very well be a good dad. Read what sluce wrote in the court thread. At any rate, he's certainly coming off as a better parent than that pathetic skag he was married to.

Yes, I agree with your points about the judge and her rebelling against anyone who tries to advise her, but I think she would rather lose the kids and have douche have them as skbenn said rather than get herself together. I do agree that Kfed may turn out to be a fairly decent father, but he is still a douche. Hopefully the judge will do what's necessary, although she's gonna have one hell of a time with no lawyer

My main point was that when Sean Preston was born, K-Fed was never around. How many times did you see Brit out on the town during this time? You saw him in Vegas partying with his boys and in his interviews he was quoted saying how hard it was to be away from Britney and his son. Britney was at home barefoot and pregnant for two solid years.

Son #2 comes along and he is still missing from their lives. He appears miraculously after Brit files for DIVORCE and becomes the Dad of all Dad's. Brit goes out with Paris within a month of filing for divorce and screws her life up royally with stupid mistakes.

I do believe some of this was due to PPD and chemical / alcohol abuse. She has to take care of herself first and be a MOM. Kevin needs to take care of all the kids he has produced and get a real job.

Do you not think for one minute that Brit was humiliated when she filed for Divorce? Every single one of us thought she was nuts for marrying the douche in the first place and I believe she gave it her all to keep the marriage together to save face. It failed, she lost it, she has paid dearly mentally and FINACIALLY for her mistakes.

She is in for a long hard road ahead of her. I hope she gets it together even though I am not a fan of hers. As a female, I know what it feels like to be shit on.
