Hmmm, well this'll be interesting to see how it goes. I imagine her really flipping out if she loses the kids.... But it's not like she even pays attention to them now, anyway, so even if she did flip out, I wouldn't understand why. =\

I'm sure if she lost her kids tomorrow, she would have two new matching puppies by the end of the week. BTW, what happened to her little yorkie pup, haven't seen it for ages.

If she puts her children at risk then they should be taken away from her. She has done this many times and i'm not only talking about dropping SPF on the head and driving with him on her lap. She has exposed these kids to sooo much shit, has random people (men and so called "friends") comming in and out of their lives i wouldnt be suprised if they are already confused at whats going on at this young age. Its not like she gives a shit about their well being.
But i don't think its going to happen tomorrow and i don't think it will be as serious as FOX has reported because Britney will probably get her lawyer to digg her out of this very deep hole, i know somehow she will but thats Hollywierd for ya.

I think she should give them away, no child should grow up and have to watch Britney's performance at the VMAs and say "That is my mother."

They are going to share custody and Kev's gonna get more money. Money is power and no matter how much he loves those kids he OBVIOUSLY doesn't have a problem being a part-time father and he needs the $$$$$ and she needs the publicity.
