I cant blame her though, highschool can be an awkward time for looks, for some, and theres always that 'guy' who made it that much worse so when you get 'hot' you just want to throw it back at him.

I call PR agent written BS - she was on Flipper when she was 14 and she was smoking hot already ... this is some ploy to make her look like every girl to pump up her role in her new movie.

I went through a phase a bit like this after losing 42 pounds in quite a short amount of time. I was the school freak and it was immensley satisfying to see people that used to rip the piss out of me do double takes when I met them. ( in a good way  )
I have, of course, grown out of this phase now. *ahem*
