After Paris and Lindsay in the past few months, this time it was the turn of one-woman disaster area Britney Spears to get on the wrong side of the law.

According to reports, Britney just casually continued on her way and it took her almost one mile to finally leave the motorway where she was finally pulled over.
After getting a quick telling off from the female officer Britney pleaded innocence and complained that the paparazzi were chasing her. It was Britney's lucky day and she got away with just a warning, leading one of the officers to comment, 'it pays to be a popstar'.
