Miss South Carolina answered, “I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uhmmm, some people out there in our nation don’t have maps and uh, I believe that our, I, education like such as uh, South Africa, and uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uhhh, our education over here in the US should help the US, uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us.”

What a dumbass. I'm not surprised, though. I've always felt that the idea of competing in pageants is appealing primarily to two types of people: idiots and white trash.

Just one more reason for little girls or women to not participate in pageants... look at their role models.
Pageants are ridiculous anyway. I can't believe people still watch them, much less compete in them. And the little little girl pageants are grotesque.

The vocablary was poor. North Carolina kept saying "hardcore" over to describe sports. The only ones that had any maturity was the third and fifth girls.

These types of girls have been brought up to believe it's all about looks, and they don't need to have personality or intelligence. Unfortunately girls like this grow in to shallow women, and this world seems to give a free pass to a lot of women who have beauty without brains.
