Singer Jermaine Jackson's wife Halima Rashid was arrested for domestic violence during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
The couple reportedly had a dispute at their Woodland Hills, California home, which got ugly and led to the 60-year-old star calling police.
The 38-year-old was apparently arrested on Saturday night for felony corporal injury on a spouse.

Incarcerated: Jermaine Jackson's wife Halima Rashid (pictured 2011) was reportedly arrested on Saturday night after a domestic dispute between the pair turned ugly

TMZ reports that things got so nasty that Rashid bit Jackson on the leg during the fight.
She was booked and jailed for five hours before being released on $50,000 bail.
Jackson met the wealthy Afghan native in January 2004 at a Starbucks and the couple were married eight months later.
They don't share any children together.

Although they live just outside of LA, Jackson and Rashid make frequent trips to the Middle East and Europe.
Jackson converted to Islam in 1989 during a trip to Bahrain.
It is the Daddy's Home singer's third marriage. He was also wed to Motown founder Berry Gordy's daughter, Hazel Gordy, who he shares four children with.

Short stint: Rashid (seen in 2010) was reportedly held in jail for just five hours before being released on $50,000 bail

He was then in a relationship with Margaret Maldonado with whom he shares two sons and his second marriage was to Alejandra Genevieve Oiaza which produced another two children as well as an adopted son.
Jackson, along with brothers Michael, Jackie, Tito and Marlon made up The Jackson Five which rose to stardom in the sixties and later became The Jacksons.
Like Michael - who passed away in 2009 - Jermaine had a successful solo career which he began while still a member of the band.

Jermaine married the wealthy Afghan native in a Starbucks in January 2004 and married her eight months later. The duo are pictured in July this year in Malibu

The reflection in that car mirror seems to give him a very impressive moose knuckle.

I know, but it's been like that for a while... I remember seeing him on TV years ago, and his skin was a like that. To come to think of it, I think I was just a little girl, maybe 9 or 10, I'm in my late twenties now.

It's like he washes his face in Murphy's Oil Soap.

It's like the surface of his skin is like that of that stupid Burger King Mascot.

Ha Ha he is my favorite Jackson. He acts like a true diva.

I once read on TWOP that his skin looks like a pan of burnt brownies with the cracks. I wonder if it's a bad chemical peel.

I know it's wrong, but I'll admit to bursting out in a loud, deep and sharp single "Guffaw" when I read the headline.

I was mostly a "who does that" reaction. Answer: someone involved with the Jackson family. Natch.
