Lily Allen 'thrilled to expecting another baby with husband Sam Cooper'

She welcomed her first child Ethel into the world last December.

And now Lily Allen is reportedly pregnant with another child with husband Sam Cooper.
The 27-year-old singer is said to be 'thrilled' at the prospect of welcoming another baby into their family, according to the Sunday Mirror.

A source told the paper: 'Lily has started telling her friends and everybody in her close circle is so excited for her.'
'It was a surprise but Lily and Sam are thrilled. The pair of them have loved every minute of parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly. So it’s great timing.'
A spokesperson for Lily refused to comment on the claims.

Meanwhile a friend told The People that the pair are doting parents to their daughter Ethel.

'They are great parents and absolutely devoted to Ethel. The pair of them are just delighted they've got another one on the way.'

Lily revealed she was pregnant with Ethel last June when she married Sam in a stunning ceremony in Gloucestershire.

The singer was seen sporting a small baby bump in her wedding gown and the proud groom told guests of their happy news at a wedding breakfast.
Nearly two years ago Lily and Sam were left shattered when the singer suffered a miscarriage at six months.
In 2008 Lily was left heartbroken after miscarrying while dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.

Double celebration: Last June it was revealed that Lily was pregnant with her first child Elthel on the day she married Sam Cooper

The singer, who 'retired' from music nearly two years ago, returned to the stage last weekend to perform with her pal Professor Green at the Stone Roses gig in Heaton Park.
Lily, who recently revealed she has been back in the studio working on new music, tweeted:
''No @professorgreen wasn't swinging a cat around on stage @heatonpark that was me trying to sing. loved it, thanks manchester x x x' (sic)'

I had a dream about her the other night, right after Adele announced her pregnancy. I dreamt that they had it all wrong and it was actually Lily that was pregnant. I'm glad for her after all she's been though. I hope it's a smooth pregnancy and a healthy baby.

Ethel? Seriously? Ugly ass name. You aren't giving birth to an ninety-year-old spinster with cataracts and a steel hip. I hope this one gets a name that's a little more youthful ... like Gertrude. That's a name fit for someone who's eighty nine!

I hope this pregnancy goes smoothly for her.

She had two stillbirths before her daughter was born. I wouldn't call that fertile.

Oh lovely. Hope it all goes smoothly.

Had a chat with a friend at work who struggled so much with getting (and, I think, but didn't ask) staying pregnant and she said that a lot of gynos, midwives etc remarked to her that maybe the second one, if they try, would be easier as its like the body goes "Oh! So THAT is what I was meant to do. OK. Got the hang of it now. Let's go!"

My second pregnancy was like that. First NOTHING went to plan, second it could have been out of a textbook. I hope this second one goes easily for her. She's had a rough time of it.
