There's a photo of it on the Daily Mail site. I thought it was a bit distasteful publishing it, but hey it's the Mail!
I'm watching the trial online at the moment and I suddenly noticed something quite disturbing. The prosecution had been presenting part of the evidence on a computer screen using text, photos and graphs to illustrate their case and though I didn't notice it at first, there's a photograph in the backround of Michael Jackson laying on a hospital gurney. He's still got an airway from the ambu-bag coming out of his mouth and he's dressed in a hospital gown and it's sort of obvious that he's deceased. Needless to say it was a bit shocking, but done so subtly that if you didn't pay attention you'd likely miss it. I'm sure the jury didn't....they're watching visual presentation on courtroom monitors so no doubt they caught it straight away. Looks like the DAs are utilizing every single tool in their arsenal to get this "doctor" locked up good and proper!

This should be an interesting trial. I read that Prince Michael is listed as a witness for the prosecution and Katherine is already asking that courtroom be cleared when he is called because he is scared.

Of course I had to look....here's the Daily Mail linky. Didn't copy and paste article because it's really long. The audio of slurry MJ is pretty interesting too.

Thanks for the article... I didnt know Murray was only his personal doctor for only about a month...
Lace bras... Great in theory, itchy nips in reality
Is this going to be the official thread for the trial?
Regarding Prince, I saw on TV that the 3 kids are the only ones not being called to testify; everyone else (Katherine, Joe, Janet, La Freak, etc) will be on the stand. Which side is now calling Prince, and does anyone know why? I'm still halfway through the Jackson dies age 50 thread - longest GR thread ever?

That gurney photo is all kinds of fucked up.
That photo was disturbing, and him talking was disturbing too. Apparently his kids had not seen him deceased but heard they saw the photo. Talk about traumatic.
that is not the autopsy table.

The tape was freaky. I've always heard that he had a normal voice, and even though he's completely fucked up and slurring, you can tell he did.
Hearing it almost makes me feel bad for him, but then I remember he was a pedophile, and I don't feel bad at all.

All of God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
the tape was freaky indeed.
i saw part of the opening statements on TV and it looked like a bad soap opera. it wasn't professional, just melodramatic. why did they show the court his past performance, what is this supposed to do (except exploiting the sad emotions it might cause, of course...)? he pretty much looks the same dead as he did alive, to be honest.

Couldn't stand MJ or the Jackson family, but as I am reading the testimony coming from Dr Murray's case I keep wondering why is Dr Kleinman not also being charged? Is it because the Jacksons are protecting him since he is the biodad for Prince and Paris?

Michael Amir Williams -- MJ's Personal Assistant Testifies
Updated 9/28/11 at 10:33 AM
Michael Jackson's personal assistant Michael Amir Williams just took the stand -- and prosecutors played a panicked voicemail Dr. Conrad Murray left on Williams' phone the day MJ died.
* Williams said MJ was in good spirits on the evening of June 24, 2009... his last rehearsal. He said the rehearsal was "amazing."
* The following day, Williams received a panicked message from Murray at 12:13 pm saying, "call me right away." When he called back, Murray told him MJ had a "bad reaction" ... and to "get somebody here immediately."
* When he got there, the first thing he saw was MJ being brought out in a gurney. He said Murray seemed "frantic."
* Williams said after he learned of Michael's death, Murray came up to him and said there was "some cream Michael wouldn't want the world to know about." Murray asked him to drive him to the home so he could retrieve the "cream."
* After checking with MJ's head of security, Faheem Muhammad, the two decided not to let Murray back into the house...
* Williams said it was "normal" to have oxygen tanks in MJ's house.
* Williams told Ed Chernoff he never told police about Murray's odd request until two months after Michael's death.
* Williams told Chernoff Dr. Murray never asked him to call 9-1-1.
* Williams testified that he had seen Michael speak "slower" after coming out of Dr. Arnold Klein's office -- where the defense says Michael got hooked on Demerol

'This is all a BIG CONSPIRACY and the doctor knows what happened,' the 55-year-old singer wrote on her Twitter account during a break in proceedings.

Miss Jackson started sending the messages as soon as she was about to enter the courthouse in Los Angeles, with a message insinuating that there were others involved in the death of her brother.
'Good morning! On way to court,' she tweeted. 'Wish all parties involved were on trial. And not just Murray.'
She then wrote: 'This is DEFINITELY A STRAIGHT MURDER TRIAL!!!!'
The singer claimed that there are other witnesses who have yet to come forward to police.
'There are wives, girlfriends and employees who know exactly what happened to Michael, please come forward and tell what really happened,' she wrote.
Miss Jackson repeated her calls for 'justice'.

The singer seemed to suggest that her brother may have been killed for money.
'Whenever someone is murdered, U follow the money trail & U C who has the most to gain, those are normally the ones responsible,' she wrote.
'The family has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 2 do with his estate!' she added.
