Lea Michele: Sarah Hyland "Hurt My Feelings"‎

Lea Michele isn't laughing.
Last week Modern Family star Sarah Hyland playfully poked fun at the Glee star's exaggerated red carpet posing style during E!'s Fashion Police, but Michele, 25, still doesn't find Hyland's snippy remarks very funny.
"I gotta be honest. It hurt my feelings a little bit," Michele, who recently split from Theo Stockman, told Us Weekly Friday in L.A. at Variety's 3rd Annual Power of Women event. "I really think the message of today is that women should motivate and empower women, and so that’s why I'm honored to be a part of today."

Hyland, 20, clarified on Twitter Saturday that her critiques were meant to be comical. "I did not intend for my comments to be taken in a malicious way," she said. "But I did hate [her] dress. Called her ass great. Did you all hear that one?"
"Congrats Lea. You know how to work the red carpet. I can't take it as seriously as you," Hyland added. "I can't take myself that seriously. I don't like the red carpet. I feel silly. So props to her for knowing what she's doing and enjoying it."
But Michele isn't too bent out of shape over Hyland's comments. "I send her love," she told Us. "I think she's a great person."

Funny though, the rest of the FP cast even seemed a bit uneasy with her comments. I think the unfiltered commentary is fantastic. We need more of this.

I can't stand Lea, she comes across as so desperate. You can just imagine that as a kid she would practise her oscar speech and her poses. can't wait for glee to finish and her 15 mins.

I think this video proves Sarah's point. I can't watch it without cringing

this sarah girl is gorgeous. i can't believe she's 20, i thought she was around 14.

Hahaha, it was catty but really funny. I've seen Sarah Hyland on a couple talk shows and she's so cute and down to earth. More than I can say for Lea Michele.

Was also surprised to hear she's 20!
