The French insult Pippa's derriere!

Since her appearance as chief bridesmaid at the royal wedding, Pippa Middleton’s looks and figure have won admiration around the world.
But not everyone is prepared to join in the chorus of praise for the 27-year-old.
A leading French magazine has launched a blistering attack on Miss Middleton, calling her ‘commonplace’.

The article in Le Point, written by ‘intellectual’ author Patrick Besson, even urges her boyfriend, Alex Loudon, to leave what he describes as ‘the daughter of an air hostess and toy maker’ who is obsessed with collecting rich boyfriends.
The piece viciously picks the emerging style icon apart – attacking her beauty-spot, teeth, and even world-famous bottom saying it is ‘bony and not rounded enough’.
Besson, a self-avowed communist, adds: ‘The whole package is crowned by a flat smile, vulgar, empty, inert, insincere, greedy, cold, shameful, stupid, uninterested, immature ... that signifies nothing, and engages no one.’
The author also uses his diatribe to criticise the British ‘obsession’ with the wedding of William and Kate, saying it is just an excuse for the public to sit around drinking beer and breaking wind.

She's so not attractive. Is this the biggest example of a celebrities beauty being hyped far beyond reality!? It's actually annoying me now, all this 'Her Royal Hotness' bollocks. I find her exceptionally unattractive.

Finally! i hate ripping other women to shreds but I am SICK of the adoration of her, shes not doing much at all with her life except enjoying privilage. She has so many opportunitites just for who she is and is riding on the coat tails of the wedding.

I was asked in work if I thought she was wonderful by an idealistic collegaue and they were surprised that I said "I dont look up to women who seek nothing more from life than marriage and a Tod's handbag". Somehow "fairytale marriages" and having a bottom are all that matters rather than integrity or intelligence. My colleague assumed I was bitter and jealous of not being a lady of leisure, well Id rather be a lawyer all in all, I like to use my brain and make my own money.

Shes also apparently now a fashion icon??? Perhaps for the over 50s but not anyone my age.
Maybe shes a lovely person but I find many people more iconic and worth my time admiring. Think of all the trail blazing women who go do amazing things in allsorts of walks of life. They are the ones who deserve admiration. Of all the wonderful things women do why look up to her?

Neither is her lazy-ass, crown-grasping sister. Then again, Wills is on the downward slide to fugville pretty damn quickly himself. The children might actually stand a chance in the looks department.

they both look so damn old! Isn't pippa 30 or so? And Kate is supposed to be 28? WOW....all that money and that's the best they could look? I'm happy! At least I know how to spend my money!

For some reason the media is trying to make Pippa a 'thing' -- which is unfortunate because a little glimpse of her at the wedding was fine. I think Pippa is actually younger than Kate, which scares me. All that money and they don't know how to take care of their skin.

She's not as pretty as Kate and Kate's fashion sense seems better. I'm sure she's nice enough, just nothing special. I do detect an undertone of 'she's trying to get above her station' which bothers me.

I don't think she deserves this amount of hate. It's the media that decided to put the spotlight on her. All she did was look good in a beautiful dress at ther sisters wedding...

I can't decide if she is going for fame or is just caught up in the publicity of her sister's wedding. There's no media fuss about her brother.

Both Kate and Pippa are going to have to decide to harness their fame by doing something worthwhile because they will soon alienate people with the never ending unflattering pap shots and their so-called fashion choices.

They don't want to become the Olsen twins.

Its not just you! I feel like the UK has somehow gotten itself trapped in a Jane Austen novel. Mrs Bennet from Pride and Prejudice comes to mind!

The rant is a little over the top. She's just a privileged social climbing vapid girl...they're a dime a dozen here in the states. No worse then having to put up with JLo for the last umpteen years because she once wore a vulgar dress.
